Paul graduated from the University of Plymouth in 1997 before embarking on a career as an accountant, predominantly within the Oil & Gas industry. This was followed by a career change into senior finance recruitment in 2000. Paul worked in 2 multi-national senior finance specialists before joining the Pro-Recruitment Group to head up Pro-Finance in 2011. Along with leading Pro-Finance through a rapid period of growth, Paul remains hands-on focusing on the Oil & Gas and mining markets. Client portfolio is wide, ranging from FTSE 100 businesses to boutique clients. This is mirrored in respect of candidate portfolio with a plethora of candidates direct from the immediate market and the Big 4 accountancy firms. Outside of work Paul spends his time trying new food experiences, karate training and playing the guitar.
